    Due to the critical safety and hygienic nature of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), our return policy strictly enforces quality control standards to guarantee that every item sold is safe and uncompromised.
  2. Returns for Unused Items
    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following strict conditions:
  • Items must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All manufacturer tags, seal stickers, and certificates of conformance must remain intact and undamaged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged once the original package seal has been opened or broken:
  • Respiratory protection (N95/KN95 masks, half-masks, full-face respirators, and filters/cartridges)
  • Hearing protection (earplugs and ear Defenders)
